The work is devoted to the method of boundary value problems proposed by A.V.Bitsadze for the study of the basis properties of perturbed trigonometric systems in Lebesgue spaces of functions. The essence of ideas and the history of the obtained results in this direction is presented. This method is applied to the solution of known from the spectral theory of differential operators A.G.Kostyuchenko problem on studying the basis properties of the so-called system Kostyuchenko. The main results obtained in this direction are provided.

Работа посвящена методу краевых задач для изучения базисных свойств возмущенных тригонометрических систем в лебеговых пространствах функций, предложенный А.В.Бицадзе. Приводятся суть идеи и история полученных результатов в этом направлении. Этот метод применяется к решению известной из спектральной теории дифференциальных операторов задачи А.Г.Костюченко об изучении базисных свойств, так называемой системы Костюченко. Приводятся основные результаты, полученные в этом направлении.
