INVESTIGATING ADMINISTRATIVE CORRUPTION BASED ON THREE-BRANCH ANALYSIS MODEL IN PATHOLOGY THEORY AND PROVIDING STRATEGIES FOR ITS CONTROL (CASE STUDY: GENERAL OFFICES OF TEHRANS PROVINCE)


Since administrative corruption is largely influenced by the economic, political, social, cultural and judicial systems of societies, it simultaneously produces negative effects on the legitimacy of the political system and the efficiency of the administrative system of the societies. Therefore, the purpose of the present research is to identify The causes of the emergence and expansion of administrative corruption and providing appropriate strategies for controlling and limiting the scope of corruption The present study is descriptive-analytic and based on field data. It should be noted that the validity of the questionnaire was tested using factor analysis method and reliability of its questions through Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Then, to test the hypotheses were used non-parametric binomial and Friedman tests. Finally, the results of this study showed that many factors such as the lack of conscientiousness, society's unyielding attitude to ethical standards, the feeling of economic inequality of state employees compared with other sectors, the complexity of laws, etc. are very effective in the emergence and corruption of the office.
