FEATURES OF TEACHING STUDENTS IN MEDICAL UNIVERSITY


The article deals with the problems of teaching students of medical institutes to provide practical skills in emergency medical care for patients in the closed department of a psychiatric hospital with the formation of principles of ethics and deontology in future specialists. The aim of the study was the formation of modern principles of ethics and deontology among students of medical institutes through the organization of an out-of-class independent work in the conditions of a closed branch of a clinical hospital. The students of pediatric and medical-pedagogical faculties of the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute were selected for the study. They passed the cycle "Psychiatry" on the basis of a closed department of the psychiatric hospital. To solve this problem, a short program of a special training of professional skills is presented in a closed department of a psychiatric hospital for patients with mental illness. As a result of the study, it is determined that the use of a special training in practical skills training under in-patient conditions promotes the formation of deontological and ethical standards for future specialists. At the end of the group training, a positive evaluation of the final control knowledge is noted in 88% of students who have completed the cycle of practical classes on the subject "Psychiatry", which indicates the need for this kind of pedagogical activity for the education of literate and qualified student youth.


ОСОБЕННОСТИ ОБУЧЕНИЯ СТУДЕНТОВ МЕДИЦИНСКИХ ИНСТИТУТОВ


В статье рассматриваются проблемы обучения студентов медицинских институтов оказанию практических навыков по неотложной медицинской помощи больным закрытого отделения психиатрического стационара с формированием у будущих специалистов принципов этики и деонтологии. В конце проведения группового тренинга положительная оценка знаний итогового контроля отмечается у 88% студентов, прошедших цикл практических занятий по предмету «Психиатрия», что указывает на необходимость данного вида педагогической деятельности для воспитания грамотной и квалифицированной студенческой молодежи.
